ISO Creator is a Windows utility that offers the ability to create ISO images. ISO is a file format used to store a copy of CD or DVD data. The ISO image can then be burnt to any blank CD /DVD or extracted like any other archive file. The program can build the ISO file from any source folder on your computer or on a network device.
The program offers many advanced features. Example of these features include the ability to set the volume name. Another wonderful advanced feature is reducing the used disc space by encoding the duplicated files only once and ignoring the maximum default image size. The two previous features will enable you to make the AIO (All-in-one) software distribution packages very simply. By configuring the program's options, you can include hidden files and directories. The program has also the ability to convert your long file names into DOS compatible filenames. You can set the file time to be GMT time instead of your local one.
You can make your ISO image bootable by choosing an external boot image or using the internal one. Making your CD /DVD bootable helps you run DOS commands in case of debugging a system failure. |
